This flavor is So dang delicious! I went to snag a container of this pre workout, couldn’t find it in the store and realized a new flavor was out, which was this blue raspberry. Of course knowing all the other flavors this brand has released have been amazing I didn’t hesitate to grab this one, it may be our favorite so far!

I use it for increasing my metabolism alertness since I am in past 40's and still active. Gives me an extra boost to concentrate at work and at home to be productive. The tingly feeling in my face means it's working. One scoop is a safe dose and I usually use 2 to 3 times more water with lots of because I like to stay hydrated.

Strong. This will definitely get you through your workout.
