not bad for energy boost but the flavor is "chemically" . Not a fan of this product and hope Sams tries another flavor or brand for prework outs cuz id like a convenient place to buy them :)

This is 100% my favorite pre. The flavoring is amazing and the formula is great also. A great pre that you can do 1 scoop or 2 scoops depending on how strong you want it.

Orange is a very nice flavor it’s not over the top and it’s a refreshing drink shakes and mixed with ice it’s a good stimulate and can last you pretty well throughout your workout highly recommend !!

The citirus preworkout is so good. Not too sweet and not too sour. Perfect balance. You get enough energy boost to get you thorough your workout, but not too much that it keeps you up at night.

With a kidney transplant I have to stay away from creatine but raw doesn't have creatine and gives me the energy and motivation to push myself every workout ____

Essential BUM Pre is out of this world!! Taking two full scoops let’s you have limitless endurance and gets you ready to run through a brick wall! The orange flavor is too good, and sometimes I do more than the recommended serving size:)
