I really enjoy the orange flavor. I take this before early morning workouts and it tastes a bit like orange juice which for me makes it easy to drink in the morning. The 200mg caffeine amount seems to be the sweet spot for me and my pumps have been really good lately.

Love this flavor! I have tried multiple different flavors of the essential preworkout and this is by far my favorite. I myself am a female and I take one scoop, which gets the job done perfectly. My boyfriend takes two scoops and he thinks it's the right amount for him as well! Definitely recommend!
