Essentials pre-workout has been my go-to for the past year. It has the perfect amount of caffeine and pump formula for an elite workout. Raw nutrition products will always be my first choice. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks for a pre-workout!

Tried the Blue Raspberry for the first time & blown away! Taste like the blue raspberry from the rocket pop. Mixes great, great pump, & perfect amount of energy. The entire essential line flavors have all been really good, haven't had one that I wouldn't reorder!

Was committed to the orange flavor (which AMAZING) so I was hesitant to try a new flavor. My only regret is not trying it sooner. Watermelon is just as amazing, and now I can't decide which I like better. Either way, the flavors are ON POINT and the pre mixes so smooth! Best preworkout I've tried!

Sour Watermelon taste exactly like the sour patch candy, if you like that flavor pick up this pre workout, this essential preworkout has all the necessary ingredients for a great workout and pump, I actually get a lot of affect from the beta alanine and feel the itch for an intense training session.

Have used it a couple times so far and the taste hasn't gotten old yet. It also has given me some solid pumps each time and It gives me that perfect tingle to keep me in the zone but not too much so I'm itching myself the whole time. Highly recommend!

When I tell you this Raw Essentials Preworkout “Sour Watermelon” taste exactly or extremely identical to sour patch watermelons, I'm can't even joke about it. It has such a sweet and just the right amount of sour to allow it to taste like candy and refreshing in a drinkable preworkout. I now struggle between taking this and stacking it with my “lemonade” Pump from Raw or stacking Pump “lemonade” with Thavage “Blackberry” because they both taste so good. Not to mention gives you all the caffeine, energy and mental alertness you look for in a preworkout

I absolutely love the essential pre workout and this is my favorite flavor. If you like a pre workout that tastes like peach rings this one is for you. I also like that It has 200 mg of caffeine, that is the perfect amount for me. Give this a try for your next pre workout you will not be disappointed.

I love this Orange flavor! The Blue is amazing as well. I always feel like I get exactly the focus and the pump I need for my workout without being wired for hours afterwards. Never have been disappointed in the taste either. Easy to drink, perfect for any workout.

This pre is great! It mixes so well flavor is 100 percent on point. Both flavors are 10/10 can't go wrong with either. I've tried other pre but this tastes and works the best. Great stim not too much pump is great. focus and energy is perfect. Can't recommend anything other then raw nutrition!!

I've been lifting for 10+ years and have tried almost every pre-workout on the market. This product is probably the best bang for the buck. Great flavors, perfect level of stim, and great pumps. You won't be disappointed. Even better it really is simply mixed. All you'll ever need from a Pre.
