Excellent quality. I should have bought two while they were on sale. I use the crockpot at least twice a week. This one heats evenly, and quite fast.

Plugged it in and the outside instantly got too hot. Power supply started smoking. Returned right away before it burned down the house.

Picked up on sale at my local club. Bought to replace our older 5 qt. Slow cooker. The locking lid and carrying bag make it perfect for pot lucks. Made my first pot roast in it and it worked perfectly. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Although we are only two people this is the perfect size for me to make a large pot and freeze whatever I've made in portions. It is a little heavy for me but worth it.
