I really enjoy this crockpot, unfortunately I dropped the lid and it shattered. I am unable to find a replacement lid on the crockpot website.

I bought this crock pot 4 months ago. Today while cooking the lid popped and shattered, ruining the food and the crock pot. We were using it as instructed. The lid was not locked.

Haven’t used it yet. Bought it to replace an old one. This new one says it comes with a thermal bag but no bag found in the box when it clearly says it in the box?

I just purchased this crock pot and am not happy with it. While it is beautiful and works well, it is too heavy for me. I am 80 years old and have a hard time lifting it.
