I don’t like how cheap the outside feels though, it also came dented on the bottom sides which really upset me. Overall it works great and I really like the cook time settings. The bag is very convenient as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice crock-pot and it’s cool it comes with a carry case and can be taken on the go. However, It’s very big, 7 quart and all and heavy. It will be even more heavy with food in it. I am very disappointed it did not come with an instruction manual, mine didn’t anyway. I have no idea how to program it. I don’t understand to go concept. Anyway crock pot can be taken on the go unless this one works without electricity in the go, no idea. A recipe book would have been nice to have ideas of what to use it for. It’s very limited in its settings too, I would prefer to be able to adjust the time. I used it to cook rice as I don’t want to use my stove during the hot summer months and heat up my house. It did a good job and cooked the rice in about two hours the way I liked it. I used oil on the bottom so it didn’t stick but the sides did. The rice didn’t taste the way it usually does when cooked on the stove. This is a great product for a large family for things like soups, stews, and dishes that has a lot of liquid, I think. Honestly I am not sure I will get a lot of use out of it, maybe I make soups in winter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking into getting a crockpot for some time. this one is perfect! it is a beautiful color and works wonderfully! I used it to make shredded chicken tacos and it cooked and kept the food warm for a fantastic amount of time. Easy to clean as there were only 2 parts i had to wash! i highly recommend a crockpot for anyone looking for a hands off cooking experience.

Only giving it a one star because it worked great the first time I used it. Then it would not heat up again. That said, I have never had any other problems with a crockpot. I only bought this one because my daughter dropped the one I had for years and broke the inside pot. And Sam’s club was great taking it back on a return.

Just purchased this crockpot to use for Thanksgiving. It does not come with any type of instruction manual. I attempted to download one from the Crockpot site, but you have to agree to their terms and conditions and agree to receive marketing information on other products. I just want the manual but find no way to get it without jumping through their hoops.

I have had this for about three months now and unfortunately I will be throwing it away. Even on low it burns everything that I put in it. You can't change any of the times or setting. There is no clock to know how long something has been cooking. I have been cooking crockpot meals for many years with no problem in other crockpots. Very disappointing.

Heats evenly and maintains a perfect temperature. The lid secures easily and with the travel bag, it's so easy to take to events. The satin finish is a nice touch, and very easy to keep clean.

The 7-quart size is ideal for my big family, allowing for large meals. This slow cooker saves time by letting me cook overnight and have meals ready for breakfast or dinner. The inner pot is thick and well-made, ensuring even cooking and durability. However, there are some downsides. The outer parts, such as the handle and lid handle, are made of cheap plastic, which is disappointing and raises concerns about their long-term durability. Additionally, the bottom of the cooker is made of thin, foil-like metal that makes noise, making me question its longevity. Despite these issues, I still like this slow cooker for its convenience and capacity.

I’m disappointed in the 2 limited time options for each low and high setting. I like to adjust the time if I need more or less. The temperature still seems to be hot and the food boils even on low and warm. The other good thing it has despite its shortcomings is that it came with a carrying bag.
