One year old running strong. Was a little disappointed in the service of the installer so went with another company for the yearly service.

Power has only failed twice since the unit has been in service the generator started within seconds and powered the entire 3500 sq ft home.

Price was fair, people were professional, installers were clean and helpful, product works as advertised.

I was impressed with the ease of changing fuels on this generator. It was easy to get set up and ready to be wired.

The ordering and installation went smoothly. All seems well be we have not experienced a power outage to test its real function and voracity.

I've had this product for 7 months and have had to use it once. It operated flawlessly and powered the entire house for at least two hours.

Excellent product very reliable for my intended purpose. Great product no regrets at all I nightly recommend it.

The day after installation it worked flawlessly for over 3 hours with automatic switch over both with the power loss and the return of Utility power

So far so good. As yet we have not had the opportunity to use it. Am hoping for a power outage just to irritate a nosy neighbor.

So far little use and that's a good thing...needed to function a couple short outages and it worked as installed..very happy so far.
