Generac 14kW Standby Generator with 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch

Got RED error message the very first week during test.

Took weeks to get replacement part and have it reinstalled

We purchased May 30th 2025. We haven’t loss power for the generator to activate. But have loss power about 6 times over the years.

Very Satisfied with the Generator    installation was top notch. Only concern I have is the amount of vibration when the unit is running

Had occasion to use the generator Memorial Day when car knocked down two utilitie polls. Generator worked flawlessly saving the day.

The day after installation it worked flawlessly for over 3 hours with automatic switch over both with the power loss and the return of Utility power

Excellent Product

One year old running strong.   Was a little disappointed in the service of the installer so went with another company for the yearly service.

We added system monitoring and they do an excellent job when antenna sent a weakened signal they sent a crew to boost antenna

Second day we had system lost power genrac performed just ask advertised and we were the only house with a smile on our face

Peace of mind

Happy we bought this. Power went out a month after installation while we babysat our grandchild. Generator kicked just like it was supposed to!

Generator arrived with no visional signs of damage from shipping company. Uncrated and found the front cover was damaged from assembly... not shipping.  Un-skidded generator and found manuals and engine oil missing.  Called Generac customer service and requested replacement cover, manuals, and engine oil.  Waited one week and heard nothing from Generac.  Call again requesting update and was told request has been placed by no update on whether Generac would replace cover or manuals.  Engine oil was a solid NO.  Will not ship oil, will have to purchase from local distributor at my cost.  It's now been over 2-weeks with no response from Generac; however, I received a package in the mail with the manuals.  Called again about the damaged front cover and this time requested to speak with a manager of customer service.  Was asked to send photos of damage for their inspection and review. Just received today 11.30.2023 that request was granted a new cover will be shipped.

My unit was provided at best price. Delivery timely and professional. Installation superb and was coordinated with my LP provider without my intervention. The unit is extremely impressive, technologically advanced and provides security for me and my family. If and when it is needed I am confident my home will be secure. Thanks Generac!!
