From day 1 this generator has worked flawlessly. I was very suprised at how quiet but efficient this machine is. I will recommend this generator to all my friends.

The generator is sleek and has a low profile. Having it gives me peace of mind for the family during severe weather. Although not loud, my personal recommendation would be to install the generator at least 20 feet from the house

Installation was well done. Cycles every week at schedule time. Seems very loud--is it possible to damper the generator to suppress some of the noise?

Works like a champ. We recently had a power outage and the generator kicked in and ran flawless for over two hours. If it wasn't for the few seconds that power was out, ie: TV shut off, we would have never known that the power was out.

Installation and hookup was simple. Generator sits outside two bedrooms alongside the house can barley hear it run. Doesn't take up much space. Great piece of mind knowing if the power goes out at -30 in the winter my house won't freeze!!
