I really like the generator so far. It has done its weekly test and is not as loud as I would have thought. I hope to never use it but I'm happy I have it.

Our power has went out once since the installation for a period of about 90 minutes. The generator came on automatically, and shut back down after the outage was over just as advertised.

Having the generator give peace of mind. I am disabled from a medical condition; do not have to worry about going outside awry about starting and fueling a standby unit.

Within 2 weeks of installing the generator, our power went out and the generator kicked on just like it should and ran everything that we had planned for it to. We were thrilled.

Very easy to operate. Hopefully I will never need this 22K generator but should a hurricane hit my area I know I will have reliable power. Generac was a good value and the free pressure washer was just icing on the cake.

So far I have had no major outages. The ones that I have had were of short duration. The 22kw unit I have has operated perfectly every time. It runs every Saturday as programed. It run very quietly. I would recommend Generac to anyone.

A great investment for our home. No more stand bys, extension cords and gas cans. The installation team was very professional and we would recommend them highly.

Great documentation Easy install, follow your building codes or get assistance from a professional. Easy operation and servicing. Now happy that it is up and available if needed. Good security blanket.

So far I have not had a situation where the generator had to do its job so I can't offer any imput. However the unit seems to be very well built and looks good in the neighborhood.

Could probably give a better review , we usually have a lot of outages , but since I had it installed we have not had any , so I would say that is a plus .
