At this point, my review can only address the installer and the installation of the generator. We've not had a power outage since its installation, and frankly I hope we never have to use it. It's an insurance policy against what has happened all too often causing distress over not having water (well pump) and the potential loss of food in 4 freezers & 5 refrigerators and the further annoyance of not being able to turn on the TV & see the news. Expensive insurance - Yes, but it's comforting to know that when (not if) the power goes, our Generac will come alive!

Although we have had only a couple occasions to rely on the Generac, it has been helpful. We no longer have to go out into the storm to hook up the portable one. The Generac smoothly operates and is much quieter than the portable was. We are assured if we are not home, everything will be fine.

Our new generator is a comforting sight and adds a level of security knowing our home will stay warm and comfortable regardless of weather and severe storms. We occasionally travel for business and have to leave our pets home for the duration. Knowing our home will never be without power and heat during the winter months is a huge relief. We live in a heavily tree lined region in upstate New York that experiences above average power outages due to high winds and severe weather. This generator is well worth the money. Bill M.

I have a 22K Generator and it only came into operation one time since installed on 3-25-16, At that occurrence, the technician determined that the problem was insufficient air intake to the carburetor due to a defective air filter element. The installation and Service from my Dealer and employees has been Great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I installed the Generac and it looks good. It has been cycling on for 10 minutes each week for the last 5 months without any problem. The real test will come when the power goes off for an extended period of time. I'm disappointed in the documentation. There needs to be a good operators manual with instructions on how to utilize the operation panel.

The installation and the crew was great. I am very confident that this will solve my power outage problems. The weather becomes more unpredictable every year and I have spent too many cold nights and thrown away too many spoiled foods. Now when I hear there is a storm coming and power outages likely, I breathe a sigh of relief

From the very first call to the Generac dealer/installer, right through to the detailed walkthrough, this has been an outstanding experience. The instal crew was polite, professional, and really knew their business. The unit itself is sleek looking and attractive. The unit is mounted about ten feet from my home office and when it starts for the routine weekly test, it only sounds like my neighbor is mowing his lawn. Keep in mind we live on 1 1/2 acre lots so it is not loud at all. My wife couldn't even hear it running when I asked her if it was loud. Great product, excellent service.

We have had four power outages since we installed our Generac 22KW generator. It is fueled by our propane system (1000 gal tank) so we never need to worry about refueling it. The automatic test feature provides the confidence that it is ready to step in to provide the power to meet all of our needs when we loose electricity due to grid failure. Peace of mind!

Had the Generac 22KW air cooled generator installed in March after considerable market research. Picked Generac because it offered the largest, air-cooled wattage, automatic load shedding, and because of market share (over 70%), which guarantees repair parts and service availability in the future. To date, the generator has had no issues. Weekly automatic test runs have worked flawlessly. Only have experienced one short power outage since installation. The generator kicked on immediately and transferred the house load perfectly. Could not be happier right now.

We live in a forest. Ice storms and heavy snow can take out electric for days at a time. With our generator the unbelievable inconvenience is a thing of the past. We spend the winter in Florida so use the cell phone system to notify us whenever it starts or more importantly whenever it doesn't. So far it has started every time but it is good to know that I will know if it doesn't start up.
