Great looking stand alone generator that I have not had the use of as yet, but just knowing it is there for me when I have a power failure gives me great piece of mind. It looks good in the cabinet, and the installation was great. Knowing that whether I am home or not, in the middle of the night, or at any time in between, my home will be protected by my automatic Generac generator.

Replacement unit for lightning damaged unit on my home. Great replacement. No problems. Just wish I had an indicator for service in my home. Unit is a bit hard to get to for my age. My last unit had that feature included in the original installation.

Good product. Very good documentation. Installing a generator and transfer switch was a lot of fun for me. There is plenty of reference material on the web to help size gas pipe and wire and conduit. I used all 600 volt rated wire in pvc conduit. I was not impressed by the multi conductor cable that dealers were quoting. I'll be able to do all maintenance on the unit. Hopefully I won't need any warranty work.

This is my second Generac stand-by generator and the newer model is even better than before. Easy installation, well-written instructions, new connection terminal at the generator makes installation and service much more user-friendly. 10 seconds from utility power loss to complete restoration of generator power for the entire house.

We live 1 1/2 miles from the highway on a dirt road. In 1995 when Opal came through, we were without power for a week. Now that we are older, as bad as that was then, it would be a very bad imposition now. With our generator, we can keep the entire house going now and don't have to worrying about power outages.

Mine is a whole house generator connected to the house electric system. It is scheduled to exercise once a week then send me a text and email. It does so without fail. I haven't had to actually use it in a power outage yet, but I am confident it will perform as it should. The recommended installer did a great job.

Can't tell you enough how please we are with personal and professional attention that James Lundy and team gave us. We have needed the generator one time since installation and within one minute it was as if there was not any problem We used both televisions. had heat, washed clothes, cooked. It is wonderful. My wife and I purchased our Generac generator last July. We love the peace of mind we now have especially when we hear of bad weather coming, (a major storm nor Easter just hit our area) and we no longer need to get our portable generator out and run extension cords to prep for the storm. Highly recommended!

In planning our new house, we knew we wanted a natural gas generator since we have somewhat frequent power outages in our area. It has been such a relief having our Generac. The way we had it configured, it's almost like there is no power outage when it happens. It's worked wonderfully so far and we're thrilled with it's performance.
