I think the washer will be great. It has good features for different uses, however, the first time we used it the high pressure water hose failed. Blew a hole in it. The company was quick to replace it, (but just saying.) Don't know if this is a common problem or just an odd occurance. Will know more after additional use.

We are very pleased with this Generac generator. The unit was hooked up Oct 2016. It has come on twice already; once for 8 hrs and once for 4 hrs. It performed exactly as advertised. We like the maintenance cycle that is programmed to run every 2 weeks. There is some low level noise, but it is not a problem for us or our neighbors. We expect many years of satisfaction from this purchase. J & C in Texas

the best way to describe this unit is worry free. When the power goes out the unit kicks in. The unit looks nice and actually this is an upgrade from an older model. Only concern was that when a part went out on the unit within within a few days, it took Generac over 6 weeks to remedy the issue. I almost went to a different brand because of it.

What a load off my mind. I no longer worry about what we'll do when the power goes off. I have MS and air conditioning is vital for me and the Generac not only provides electricity for the AC but my two refers and two freezers and everything in my home..

my utility company advised me of a short shut down that was going to occur on the same day my wife was coming home from foot surgery. She is also handicapped and uses an electric scooter outside the house and a small indoor scooter and a walker inside. I had planned for some time to put a small generator in. This event forced my hand to act quickly. I still do some business travel and felt I need full system protection and not just a small generator for emergency purposes. Adam from Left Coast gave me estimates for various equipment choices, we settled in on the unit I purchased capable of carrying my whole home power requirements. The staff had my unit installed two days later, in time for the planned power outage the evening of my wife's surgery. Everything worked perfectly, power came on as scheduled, and as main utility power returned cut over efficiently. This unit is automated to work as it does each week on a test run.. We have peace of mind just knowing its ready to serve our entire dwelling needs for us.. No individual effort needed on our part for the backup.. Its a great arrangement for us.. Thank you, Generac..

We've all been there. Lights out and no idea when it will be restored. With our increased dependence on reliable energy loss of power is serious. The night our Generac was installed I told my wife I had never had the feeling of complete peace of mind after purchasing a product or service like that I experienced after our Generac was installed. We've lost power twice since installing it three months ago. The feeling in the house is 'oh well" compared to a panic we experienced before. I highly recommend installing a Generac, not only does it provide energy, it also provides a level of peace of mind few will ever know. The guys and BNK that installed it are terrific. They are polite, knowledgable and cleaned up the job site beautifully.

We live on acreage , obviously in a rural area , with a deep water well . The main reason for putting in a generator was to assure water to the house . Question : In the case of a serious earth quake which could knock out our gas line that feeds fuel to the generator , what back up system would you suggest ? Thanks , Ron Gill

We have had this Generator for a very short time. However, we have had a generator at another location, which led us to purchase this one for our current home. We are very pleased with Generac. It's appearance is streamlined, it is very easy to access for data, etc., and the noise level is low. The features are exactly as we wanted, auto switch, etc.

We had the 22kW Generac installed the Autumn of 2016. Our 1st power outage of the season occurred a couple of weeks ago. The outage started at 10:30pm, just as everyone was prepping for bedtime. 10 seconds after the outage begun we had FULL power. No problems, the generator shut down automatically after residential power was restored, and our electric service was automatically cut over to AC. WOW !! No more lugging out the portable generator!. We also installed the battery heater and oil filter heater - cold climates.
