This is a great product. Gives a homeowner a sense of security. The price was good and the explanation of the product was easy to understand. I wish we had done this years ago. I look forward to recommending this product to any friends or relatives who may be in the market to purchase.

I purchased the first unit for our home and a second unit for our cottage, about a month later. The units are performing great, they are currently set to cycle on for 5 minutes once per week. Had one very short power loss at our house and the generator did its job. It started within seconds of the power loss and shut down promptly after the power was restored. I am very satisfied with the design of the unit and the installer did a great job!

I upgraded to the 22K size to do my whole house. The smaller sizes would only do part of the house but the price difference wasn't too big. Overall, I do feel the price was too high but part of the reason is the installer had to come from the big city to my small mountain community. In less than a year since installation there have been several power outages, some lasting many hours. The unit has worked flawlessly and my whole house runs normally, with only a 30-second delay while the generator turns itself on automatically. My only complaint is the remote monitoring offered by Generac, at quite a high price. It doesn't have enough features or control capabilities, and I couldn't find a 3rd party monitoring solution that would work better without spending many more hundreds of dollars. I would reluctantly pay the Generac high price for monitoring if their system had better functionality. Now i no longer dread the inevitable power outages and I would recommend the 22K Generac.

Have wanted one for a long time. We lose power often due to weather and we have a high water table in most years. We have two sump pumps to handle the drainage in the basement, and our basement was partially finished. The last time we did not notice the power went off and woke up to 18" in our basement, ruining everything including drywall that had to removed 24" from the bottom. We had our Generac installed in October, and it has already responded in a power outage. Feel safer with it.

I know the generator runs weekly, but I have never heard it! It just sits quietly, waiting for the power to go out. Earlier this month we had a large storm, and lost power. Within a minute, the generator had started, and all I had to do was re-set the clock on the microwave. Now all the neighbors are being very friendly! This is probably the best addition I could have made to our house.

This is the third Generac I have owned and have been satisfied with all three. The area of Hawaii I live in is plagued with power outages from a few minutes to multiple hours. The generator starts automatically and is relatively quiet. I like the self maintenance/startup feature that I have set for once a month (default is once a week). Seems to provide economical use of propane.

This is a great "peace of mind". The power went in my area once for four days and I wished I got this generator back then. This unit powers the whole house with no effort. Runs on natural gas and is very quiet. The person who installed it is fantastic, he said he will service it once a year just to make sure its running the right way. I tried it out for a week, just running the generator and I was very happy with the performance. I have a lot of equipment for the physically challenged and really need all electrical sources to run properly. I don't want to be stuck with out power.

We have had this generator for 5 months and it was installed when we built the house. We had some storms come through this weekend in Mississippi and were able to use it for the first time. We were out of power for around 1 hour while we used it. It cycles once a month per my settings and when power goes out you will have power from generator within 10 seconds. When power from utilities comes back on there is no loss of power at that time. Only when you loose power, the reason is generator must warm um before it takes a load. Awesome product and for the price and performance of this unit it's a winner for all.

The generator is placed behind our garage, completely masked by our yard's fence in the back yard. Can't wait to get the Mobile Link installed once it is off of backorder. I look forward to the first message being sent from the Generac to us, so we know it is functioning properly! No more power outage impacts for us!!!!!!

We've all been there. Lights out and no idea when it will be restored. With our increased dependence on reliable energy loss of power is serious. The night our Generac was installed I told my wife I had never had the feeling of complete peace of mind after purchasing a product or service like that I experienced after our Generac was installed. We've lost power twice since installing it three months ago. The feeling in the house is 'oh well" compared to a panic we experienced before. I highly recommend installing a Generac, not only does it provide energy, it also provides a level of peace of mind few will ever know. The guys and BNK that installed it are terrific. They are polite, knowledgable and cleaned up the job site beautifully.
