We feel more secure and safe now that we have this home generator. Dale and his installation crew were the friendliest and upmost professional the day they installed it. I already have recommended them to many friends. When some come by, I feel the need to show it off! Sorry, but I'm kinda proud of it! Great Job!

Got the unit about 11 months ago. Haven't had any power outage yet. It runs once weekly as it's supposed to. I did turn off commercial power a few weeks ago to test. Couldn't do it long enough to test the power shedding to the furnaces. But no issues yet.

We live in a wooded area and power goes out frequently. I love the peace of mind that our Generac generator provides. If it goes off at 4:30 in the morning, it activates quickly enough that our alarm clocks don't even need to be reset. Very reliable.

Unit has nice clean lines , not an eye sore in the back yard. Th 22 K unit provides all the power I need to run my entire house. Installation & step by step startup made the process very simple. Great investment for any upcoming storms / power outages.

I used to worry every time it rained hard. No more! This is the best investment that I have ever made. It tests itself once a week, so it is always ready. I haven't had it long, but twice the power has gone off, and it came right on. I love it and do not why I didn't buy this years ago.

For the cost, quality, & customer support of this unit, I can rest at ease knowing the long term ice storms, wind, or any other event that causes a power outage will not be an issue. Setting up that old generator with power cords, filling gas cans in freezing rain and in the dark is over. My water is hot, TV is on and Fridge/freezer is cold. This is my 3rd Generac Generator and I have nothing but good things to say about its line of products. Very quiet compared to diesel generators, quick startup time and everything you need is included. A little bit expensive, but overall great purchase.

We purchased this unit because our house is all electric with baseboard heat. It was installed the beginning of May and we had our first power outage the first of June and the unit worked as advertised .It came on in about 2 minutes of the power going off and remained on until the power came back on.

We purchased the generator because of electrical outages during storms. It has provided backup power 3 times in the past six months. It's performance has been great. Most importantly, we are far more comfortable knowing we have reliable, sufficient backup power if a problem occurs.

I purchased my Generac and the installer that represented Generac was wonderful explained everything and was done in a timely fashion. The Generator was up and running and with in a few days I lost electric for 12 hours and the generator kicked in and we where lite up like a Christmas tree at night when our neighbors where in the dark. ( felt bad) since then we have lost power two more times (this is so un usual for us) since then. I have been telling everyone that will listen to me they have to get one. It has more than paid for it self since my husband is handicapped and must have electric. Thank you for a great product. Gerry
