This is our second whole home generator. We upgraded our home and chose to upgrade our Generac, and so glad we did! Love the Wi-Fi Feature, it's so quiet, and safety features are a bonus. Shortly after install, our power was out for over 12 hours, on a hot summer day, however, our Generac powered right up. If you live in the country or have someone with medical concerns that make it difficult to move them from place to place, don't go another day without getting one installed!

Just installed on 5/15/2018 and from the intitial call to the sales visit to the on time installation by Mark and his crew this has been an extremely pleasant experience! I can’t wait to lose power to see how well it works. It looks great and everyone has been very pleasant to deal with. We lost power for four days two weeks ago and I wish I would have started the process sooner than I did. Very happy.

After years of hurricanes and the thought of losing power for sometimes days I finely have no worries.If your tired of trying to find fuel before and after a storm so you can have just the basics in life with a portable generator that most times wont start when you need it, this is a must..Its cost will pay for itself over the years I will not have to suffer in the heat after a fla hurricane..Im very happy I chose to get this installed and the peace of mind it will bring will be well worth it..

Budget Electric came out and did an estimate and answered all of our questions about the generator and the installation. They gave us an install date and were on target with that date. All of the workers were professional and coureous. They did an excellent job of installing and spent time answering all of our questions and demontrated maintenance tips and operation of the generator. Installation of our generator with operational orientation completed on 2-09-21. Wonderful expert installation along with attention to customer service was 5 stars. Just this morning had a quick first time power outage. With in seconds generator kicked in. Comfort level and peace of mind is priceless.

We have a 16 kW and my home and a 10 kW. Two wishes: 1. That they were quieter. Not horribly loud. 2. That the efficiency at light loads (~50%) was better. 3. Fuel consumption is specified at full & 1/2 loads. I wish I knew what is was at 25% 4. That an external wi-fi antenna could be attached. Overall, very nice.

Just had our new whole house generator installed today. It tested out perfectly and I have every bit of faith it will perform flawlessly. Its not the best looking addition but it could have been so much worse. If we ever have the need to use it, I will update with a new review.

Our installer was Lawrence Levy (A Wiring Man) and he did a very professional and high-quality job. He integrated the equipment with our existing wiring and panels and fixed anticipated future problems. It was all done and tested in 1 day. He answered all our questions and is quite a personable guy. The gear all has a clean look and looks like it came with house. We installed the Generac app and it works well. I especially like the regular automatic maintenance testing. We are quite happy and now do not have to worry about highly likely multiple summer blackouts.
