I had purchased Bentgo lunch boxes for both my 2 year old grandchildren, unfortunately, one box had a "black discoloration" appear on the top of the box (rubber substance marking the boxes). I could not clean it, I contacted Bentgo and they have graciously offered to replace! Now that is customer service at its best!

Color: Super tracks This is a great lunchbox with cute designs and with many compartments and your child does not have to carry multiple lunch boxes. It is great looking as a set of luch bag, lunch box and cooler as a car shape. I would recommend this product for kids.

It makes me smile every time I open it! Next, the compartments! There are so many! It’s like a surprise every time Mom packs my lunch. One for sandwiches, one for fruits, one for snacks, and even one for dipping sauces! It’s like a treasure chest full of yummy goodies! And guess what? The best part is it doesn’t mix! Yep, my grapes never touch my sandwich. No soggy bread for me! Everything stays fresh and tasty. Cleaning up is easy too! Mom just pops it in the dishwasher, and it’s ready for my next adventure. We purchased two bentgo lunchboxes. They are the perfect size for our daughter. Easy for her to open and close. Was not heavy. She loves her food separated. We noticed black spots on the bentgo and emailed customer service. It was covered under warranty and they shipped out new ones. Great customer service. So seem less.

My nieces love their fairies and puppies lunch boxes! They are very cute and good quality. We highly recommend these for school or vacations. when we first found these it was a little hard to decide which one to order... but we found the perfect ones! this was my nieces first day having one of the bentgo boxes so they did not know what to do. now it is going good! the thing i kind of dislike is that when the bigger niece (or both) trys to close their boxes, it is hard because the underneath part is annoying. but the rest is going great! they both love their bentgo boxes!

We love the bengo boxes! I love that it helps me to provide a variety of food for my kids. We have 4 boxes, but one of the boxes has always been hard to open. It wasn't a problem, until my daughter went to school and she couldn't open her box without help. I contacted customer service with the issue and they are sending a new box! They have excellent customer service!

We've had a bentgo for each of our children. One has been in use daily for about 2.5 years and the other one has been used daily for around a year. They are both in perfect condition. I make their lunches the night before and they somehow the food smells don't mix with each other. I put the inner compartment in the dishwasher every night with no issues. Very happy with our products! I don't expect them to break but if they happen to get lost, we will buy again!
