I bought the dinosaur backpack and bento kids print lunch box together for my toddler son after searching for several options online. The features I really like are compartments for portion control, leak proof design and the cute prints. Unfortunately the compartment developed a crack, however the bentgo customer service is awesome and prompt and they processed a replacement within minutes of reaching out to them. I would surely recommend this product and the company that stands behind its products.

This lunchbox has been a life saver for me! I love how I’m able to give my daughter a variety of different options for lunch. It also helps with visually seeing everything you’re preparing for your child daily to make sure your providing them a balanced diet everyday at school.

We've used Bentgo lunchboxes for our toddlers for the last two years and love them so much! I love the fact that I can just rinse them out and pop them in the dishwasher every night instead of cleaning individual Tupperwares or throwing away single-use bags daily. They help guide me to provide appropriate portions of food and the seal on the boxes are tight. The day before my family left for a 2-week vacation, one of our lunchboxes was accidentally left at school and by the time we got it back there was mold that had permanently damaged the lid. I reached out to Bentgo Customer Service and not only did they respond immediately but they also sent a complimentary replacement within the week. They were understanding, patient, friendly and kind. I can't recommend their lunchboxes and their customer service higher! 10/10!

I have an autistic child and he is really selective and a picky eater so that means I have to pack his breakfast, lunch and snack every morning, so with bento kids lunch box it makes it easy for me to pack him what he really likes and what he is going to eat. The cool designs also make it fun for him and he enjoys opening his bento lunch box durning breakfast, lunch and snack time. Customer service is great as well they answer your questions and help you out with any concerns about the bento kids lunch box or any lunch box in general would Rea recommend their products. Bentgo saw my review and got in touch about it. They worked with me to find a solution to honor the warranty without the receipt with the retailer I purchased from for proof of purchase. I had a replacement within days. They have the best customer service.

This has been the best bento style lunchbox for my kids. We love our Bentgo boxes! My kids have 2 of these kids boxes and I have a larger one and they have lasted over 2 years. A tip would be to make sure to wash the silicone part on the inside of the box well to keep it clean and smelling fresh.

I bought a couple Bentgo kids lunch boxes for my daughter about a year ago. They are the best. They don't leak, and have enough space for her whole lunch. I had a couple minor issues with the boxes after purchase and contacted support. They were super easy to deal with and took good care of me. Would highly recommend

This is a good lunch box esp for lower elementary kids. We hand wash all the kids lunch boxes as we use them often. Recently we noticed that there were tiny blue particles in the kids food and upon further inspection realized that the rubber/silicon seal was disintegrating unfortunately. The Customer service on the other hand is amazing! They were prompt in their response and will be sending me a replacement soon.

I had purchased Bentgo lunch boxes for both my 2 year old grandchildren, unfortunately, one box had a "black discoloration" appear on the top of the box (rubber substance marking the boxes). I could not clean it, I contacted Bentgo and they have graciously offered to replace! Now that is customer service at its best!
