My stackable washer were delivered on Tuesday, and as soon as I could a load of laundry was being washed. Loved the quiet as it completed the load. The following day I used the steam feature on the dryer. I wanted to test and find out if it would remind wrinkles from some cotton shirts. It worked what a great time saver feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, you don't need anything special tools, just a Philips screw driver. A little difficult to get the dyer locked in though with my wife, because the front kept splitting apart. Keep in mind, she is a bit short and was difficult for her to lift the dyer that high so with two non-vertically challenged individuals it should be a breeze. I wish there was a better mounting solution then double sided adhesive tape on the front side, otherwise solid and easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS ISNT S REVIEW ON THE WASHER/DRYER. It's too early to judge, but so far we like them. We did buy the stacking bracket, but do not have them stacked. I would NOT recommend buying direct from LG. When we purchased the units, delivery was late. No calls ahead of time. When the installer came, he said he wasn't allotted time to stack the washer and dryer from the Warehouse. The tech himself was helpful, the washer & dryer are good. But now I am out money on the bracket, and am disappointed with the company LG uses to handle its business.
