I have a much older pasta machine, and this one is so much better. Super easy to use, and much most quiet. Easily makes great pasta, and has a nice small footprint. Unlike my old machine, if it starts to bog down, it will automatically reverse itself, clear the jam, and change directions again to continue producing pasta. Another great feature is that all of the various pasta dies fit right in the machine's built-in holder.

It takes all the work out of making pasta. I really enjoy it.

Broke second use, but at least Emeril sent me replacement parts.
