This is an amazing machine. You must follow the directions regarding the liquid. Your dough while the machine is working does not look like traditional hand made dough. The pasta is just as good as any home made I've ever done. And I've made a lot. In 20 minutes you've got pasta!

The Emeril Pasta Beyond is wonderful. The pasta is easy to make in a variety of shapes and ready to cook. No drying necessary. The price at Sam's is the best available. Even the Emeril website is more costly and the attachments cost extra. The Emeril pasta maker at Sam's comes with attachments to make frozen desserts, fresh juice and a grinder. There are recipes included but additional recipes and hints can be found on the Emeril website. I recommend the PastaBeyond 100%. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, easy to use and makes great pasta. Used the juicer and it worked like a charm with carrots. After making the flour based recipe and then the semolina recipe, I preferred the semolina. The pasta came out much better and cooked well. The flour pasta became too soft and mushy when cooking it. Will keep adjusting recipes, but so far the semolina pasta comes out perfect and tastes great. The machine is easy to take apart and clean in the dishwasher. Next I'll try frozen treats. Excited to use this for juicing and continued pasta making.

I'm glad I didn't pay attention to the reviews. Fresh pasta is amazing. Look at videos before you use this machine. You can't be ruff with it, it's not made of metal. But it works! Frozen fruit turning into a frozen treat was really the best surprise. With a little honey. Yummy!

I have just made one batch of pasta but worked exactly as it was suppose to. The Pasta was great tasting and am looking forward to make some gluten free pasta next.

I am in pasta heaven. Fresh pasta. Easy and simple to make. Once you go fresh, you never go box again. Beyond worth it.

Pasta is good and very easy to make. I tried a couple of recipes with the ice cream attachment and was totally disappointed....all its really doing is giving it a stir. Was hoping for soft serve type icecream but what I got was a half melted milkshake. Some parts arent dishwasher safe so it does take a few minutes to clean. Overall OK but I'm never going to use the juicer/icecream/meat grinder attachments. Wish they'd just stuck to pasta and made some of the parts better quality.

Cheaper plastic than i expected. Yet easy enough to put together and to clean up. Not for large families. Atleast in my opinion. Healthier than store bought. Saves money on ingredients once you learn how to use it. Pasta is cheaper in store but NOT as healthy or as big of variety. GREAT for health nuts, picky eaters and Autism spectrum sensory eaters!!!

It's probably an issue of not reading the fine print, but when I bought this, as a gift and also one for myself, I was under the impression the the meat grinder and the slicer shredder attachment were included. That's the way it appeared on the box. I've since purchased the grinder attachment to add to the gift, but it's not easy to find online. In terms of the pasta machine, it works well and it's fun to have fresh pasta so quickly. We did the angel hair today and it's about the size of spaghetti.

I am very disappointed as it is advertised that it is a pasta maker with a juicer and dessert attachment. Mine did not come with a dessert attachment which was one of the things that drew me to it.... And unfortunately trying to get ahold of any kind of customer support with Sam's club has been quite difficult. I did make pasta once, and I did a pretty good job.
