This machine exceeded my expectations It's very user friendly, and worth every penny. I would highly recommend it.

Makes really fast pasta...an appliance I use more than I thought I would because it's really easy to use and the results are amazing pasta.

I love making fresh pasta in this! The one thing I have problems with is it doesn't extrude all the dough at the end. Oh well, the pasta is great!

Very good noodle machine. Easy to use. Fast to get fresh noodle. Have not tried other functions yet.

I have been watching the infomercials for months and finally broke down and ordered one. Sams club had the best pricing I have seen anywhere. While I haven't used it, the instructions are well done and I am sure when I do use it, I will be pleased to be able to control the ingredients of what I eat.

I am pleasantly surprised by this machine -- it actually does what it states it will do - and that is make pasta! Not only that, but there are enough disks in the package to be able to make several different types of pasta - everything from spaghetti to lasagna noodles (which is why I chose this machine in the first place). (NOW my arthritic hands won't be in such pain because I have this machine to do what I no longer can do on my own). Now the next interesting part of all of this is the fact that it does come apart (NOTE -- you need to READ the instructions and not just pull on things!), but the fact that it does makes it easy to wash up after use, get everything clean, most things can go in the dishwasher (I do that for sanitizing), and then reassembly (again, READ the instructions!). Make sure you clean up pretty quickly, otherwise it will be too difficult to get the dough residue out of the disks (most important here!) so you will be able to use it again after cleaning up. There are other attachments in this machine - A meat grinder and a Juicer/Frozen treat maker. I've not tried either YET, but the recipes included in the books in the box are pretty straight-forward and don't require a lot of ingredients in making them (a good thing). With that said, you can use fresh fruit, a bit of prep to flash freeze the fruits, and you can then put them down the chute to make the frozen fruit treats.

I have a much older pasta machine, and this one is so much better. Super easy to use, and much most quiet. Easily makes great pasta, and has a nice small footprint. Unlike my old machine, if it starts to bog down, it will automatically reverse itself, clear the jam, and change directions again to continue producing pasta. Another great feature is that all of the various pasta dies fit right in the machine's built-in holder.

Works great and WOW... Fresh pasta is so much better than the dry dry stuff from the grocery store! I've only used it 6 or 8 times but its heavy duty and I expect it will last for years. Just one suggestion...use half all-purpose and half Semolina fluor. So good.
