I like these organic boneless skinless chicken breast because they come in manageable portion sizes. I have found that the chicken is trimmed very well, not a lot of ex aspect like I see some other brands house. I also like the fact that each portion can be removed from the other portions without opening them, keeping the chicken fresher longer.

I was disappointed with the appearance of the meat - there seemed to be excess fat and sinew. However, the price per pound for organic chicken was very reasonable, and the quality and taste were better compared to regular chicken I've tried before from same store.

Package came with 6 pieces of chicken breast. Overall quality was pretty good, the chicken did not dry out when cooked which was an issue I had previously had with organic chicken. The breast did have a few areas that needed to be trimmed but honestly not bad at all.

Definitely shop around for another brand of chicken. We have been eating Sam's chicken for years but now I would say 1/3 of the chicken we buy has woody breast now.
