I found tape in my chicken breast prior to cooking. I cut open the package and picked up what I thought was a vein but it was a staple. Will not purchase again.

It's hard to know how many pieces are in the individual package, but there are two enormous one pound chicken breasts in each. You will need to cut them down to smaller pieces, at least 3.
