I like the Members Mark individually wrapped chicken breasts because of the convenience. Each packet contains 2-3 breasts which is a perfect portion size. I also like the organic moniker with chickens having free range and being fed a vegetarian diet. This is a great product to throw in the freezer and use a section at a time.

This chicken is good. The breasts are very large, but I guess that's the way they come these days, it was fine for what I used it for. I cut it up, breaded it and fried it was good. I like the fact that it is organic, it just seems to me the breast could be cut or butchered better. Kind of messy.

The chicken is tender, clean-cut, and the lack of skin saves me prep time since I usually trim it off anyway. The texture cooks up nicely whether I'm grilling, baking, or pan-searing it. What really stood out to me is the packaging - it's portioned in a way that makes it easy to pull out smaller serving sizes without having to thaw or open the entire pack.

I prefer this organic chicken over the non-organic option because I can taste a difference in quality. I love that there's 2 chicken breasts in each package, so a total of 6, sometimes 7. I like the portion sizes because it is enough to feed my family dinner + have leftovers the next day. And I don't have to open more packages. This time I seasoned with salt + pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne, onion and garlic, and olive oil + lime juice at the end. It was delicious for tacos and I can make nachos or taco salads for another meal!!

I decided to use these chicken breasts to make a new rice dinner that I had come across. I cooked them first five minutes on each side to brown them. I then added rice and some other ingredients and let it simmer covered for fifteen minutes. I recommend you try this. The chicken breasts were so tender and tasted amazing. I will be cooking this recipe again.

Member's Mark Organic Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast is a great time saver for dinner. The chicken is tender, well trimmed, and ready to use directly out of the package. It made a delicious, nutritious chicken parmesan that the whole family enjoyed.

These organic chicken breasts did not have extra skin on the sides like some brands do ( even though they're sold as skinless).  I grilled them and they were not chewy. They taste like a high-quality chicken breast and all the sizes were uniform in the package. 

I like that the Member's Mark Organic Chicken is packaged into three sections so you can portion out what you need. This makes it easy to freeze the rest to use at another time. The chicken breasts are very large and trimmed well. This is perfect for a quick, healthy meal!

I used the Member's Mark Organic Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breasts shown in to whip up a batch of chicken tikka masala, and they turned out fantastic. The meat was incredibly tender and held up beautifully to a long soak in a heavy, spiced yogurt marinade. As someone who loves culinary experimentation and developing unique marinades, having a high-quality, reliable protein base makes all the difference in the final dish. I will definitely be keeping these stocked for my next kitchen project.

We are a healthy eating family, and appreciate the ability to purchase food that is natural, less, if any, additives and provides nutrients for all ages. Having always eaten boneless and skinless chicken for years, I either have not seen, nor was aware of Sam's Club's organic chicken breast packs. During my evening stop, I came across the fresh area, where only four packages remained. After asking my wife to prepare my grandmother's chicken paprikash recipe using the Sam's boneless and skinless organic chicken breasts, I must say the quality and juiciness of the meat was exceptional. As expected, the breasts appeared neatly cut and trimmed, with no unexpected and unwanted fat or bones. Aware of the better quality, "cleanliness" benefits of all organic ingredients and taste of organic meats, the Sam's Club organic breasts enhanced my wife's dinner, and left me satisfied, in both taste and knowing I was eating a high quality chicken breast. I will always buy this organic chicken when shopping again at Sam's.
