[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality mattress and we have been so impressed. We previously had a mattress that came in a box and felt like you were sleeping on an air mattress. This mattress is so solid and feels very well made. I will say, the firmness is a bit too much, so we did end up buying a topper for it, but overall we love it. I definitely notice less back/neck pain than what I experienced on our old mattress.

My wife and I have been sleeping on the Beautyrest Black Series 1 Extra Firm mattress for about a month now, and we’re both really happy with it. We were specifically looking for a mattress with strong support, and this one absolutely delivers. It’s firm without being uncomfortable—great for our backs and overall sleep quality. We both used to wake up with minor aches, especially in the lower back, but that’s completely changed. The mattress feels solid and well-built, and it doesn’t sag or sink. Even though it’s extra firm, there’s a bit of cushion on top that makes it comfortable without losing that supportive feel. One of the biggest benefits for us has been the motion isolation. My wife is a light sleeper, and now she doesn’t even notice when I move or get up during the night. If you're a couple looking for a high-quality, extra firm mattress that prioritizes support and durability, we highly recommend this one. It’s been a great investment in our sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t been this excited for a new mattress in a very long time. My previous mattress was medium firmness and became lumpy so fast that I haven’t slept well in months. I jumped up to the extra-firm, as the hubby and I are both back/front sleepers, and it has worked out perfectly. I was at first apprehensive due to the “extra” firmness but it has made me a believer. I finally am sleeping well. I appreciate the heft and quality of this mattress. The quilting on the top and sides says quality and it looks like pilling won’t be a problem. There’s handles to adjust when needed and I absolutely love that the fabric is black. No more funky spots if a kid crawls in bed and has an accident (and they’d better not!) The comfort, quality, and support are outstanding. Thank you, BeautyRest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mattress for free from influenster in exchange for my honest review. This mattress is a game changer! I received the extra firm to try out, and I was actually kinda nervous at first that it would be too firm. The first night was indeed an adjustment but by the second night I realized how important it is to invest in a good mattress, I had dealt with insomnia for quite a while in my life and I honestly believe now that my old mattresses were at least 80% of the problem. I don't toss and turn anymore. My neck doesn't hurt in the morning. And instead of having anxiety around bedtime, I actually look forward to going to bed. I literally feel like a goddess ready to take on the world by morning time! I love my beautyrest black and I will be recommending to anyone who will listen!

They often feature layers of memory foam and other advanced materials designed to contour to your body, relieve pressure points, and promote proper spinal alignment. With various models available, they cater to different preferences, from plush to firm. Overall, I love my firm mattress for a rejuvenating feel of comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this mattress! It is so comfortable and truly a firm mattress! This is literally exactly what my doctor and chiropractor recommended! We are sleeping good again finally!

Extra firm but now getting soft in the middle

Very firm and comfortable mattress

more firm than the mattress we replaced

We think we like it. It’s quite firm. Perhaps we’ll get used to it.
