Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!

From an engineer & doctor couple... this is our 2nd Tempur-pedic and it just keeps getting better with age, no kidding. Our 1st, a queen bought in 2012, is going to one of the kids, because we upgraded to a king. The only problem with this brand is you get so spoiled that traveling becomes a chore knowing no hotel, cruise, or other family member's mattress will be as comfortable; unless of course its a Tempur-pedic. Find one on-sale and pull the trigger; you won't be disappointed. Also, don't be afraid to go for the firm level.

My husband loves it as well. We've been spoiled by Zero Gravity. We were hesitant to get the adjustable base, so glad we did. Worth every penny

I chose TempurPedic primarily because I needed to try the mattress before I bought it. There are many "highly rated" mattresses that only are available online but I was not going to buy "sight unseen". The Flagship store associate added value to my purchase with her clear explanations and patience while I debated which firmness to get and went back and forth between the displays. There was also good followup because I did not purchase during my initial store visit and had additional questions. The "White Glove" delivery and 90 day trial were also important factors in my decision.

Our base showed up with a tear in the fabric from shipping, they sent out a replacement right away.

I was waking three to four times in a seven hour period with my previous mattress for years. I have had my mattress for about a month now. I wake 0-1 times a night now. But I do think that the bed base has a lot to do with it also. You really need them both to get the effect that you need.

We purchased the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and after a couple nights of adjusting to a new bed we have been sleeping better than we ever have!!! Our hips and back no longer hurt and we wake up in the morning refreshed! This bed is well worth every penny and our only regret is we were not able to get this bed sooner. Thank you!

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.
