We looked at Tempur Pedic for 3 reasons: 1. I sleep hot 2. I have lower back pain 3. I'm allergic to latex The mattress we chose is firm and cool. Even my sheets feel great whereas before I would wake up in a puddle of sweat! Although not totally gone, my back is 99% better. We got the adjustable base and couldn't be happier with our sleeping and reading options. Pricey yes, but worth every penny!

I'm very happy with this mattress and I slept good on this Temper ProAdapt Soft mattress. This is recommended mattress for the side sleepers after I did the mattress questionnaire. Only bad thing about it is that the frame has huge staple shape metal frame that hold the mattress at the foot end where I lean on to put on socks or pant. It was so uncomfortable to lean on the foot end of the bed. So now I lean on near the corner instead.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! For the most part, I like the feel of the mattress. I sleep soundly, at least when I can sleep. The biggest issue is that this thing is an oven. It absorbs and holds body heat until I wake up in a boiling sweat, usually around 3:00 in the morning. If I get out of bed and let it cool down for a half hour or so, then I can make it till morning. But by then the night's sleep is ruined. This was my first memory foam, and will likely be my last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on memory foam mattresses for several years, finally decided to try a Tempur-pedic mattress. For me it's been a game changer. It's almost as if I float on top of the mattress. I don't feel any pressure points but have good support. I chose the soft option thinking if it was too soft it could be exchanged for a medium, but its perfect. I sleep well on it, feels good sleeping on back or side. I love the removable washable cover. There isn't anything I don't like about it. I'm sold on Tempurpedic comfort.

Was hesitant getting another foam mattress, especially one that would set us back thousands - especially since we had just had a hybrid foam/spring mattress from a different manufacturer fail on us within 5 years. We went with the brand name and reputation with this purchase and you really are getting what you paid for. We got this in a Cal King and it has been just under 30 days since we've had it delivered. The first few days were rough with our bodies adjusting to this great mattress, but now I look forward to lying down each night and feeling my body supported by the firm mattress. As soon as I get in bed and lie on my back,I feel the support where I need it and will sometimes feel my back cracking from the pressure relief of the mattress. I'm an average sized guy 5'10" and my wife is smaller framed 5'4" and we both wake up now with no pain as we had in our last bed. In true Tempur-pedic fashion, we don't feel each other get in bed since we sometimes have opposing schedules due to shift work. We sleep through the night undisturbed. We still need to get use to very little give when getting in bed for the first time each night and not feeling that initial bounce. This is a FIRM mattress and is the firmest we've found, even compared to traditional spring mattresses. Time will tell though, as the displays we've seen of this mattress in stores feel a tad softer than what we've got - but still firm.

Slept on our new mattress (ProAdapt 2.0 Hybrid Med.) for a couple of weeks now and am very happy. I'm not waking up with a backache or neck pain. My boyfriend's shoulder isn't hurting when he wakes up. The best part is I'm not falling into a hole anymore. My boyfriend weighs much more than I do and I always had to climb out of the whole in the mattress and cling to the side of the bed. No more, mattress is flat even when he lays down. That alone was worth buying this mattress!

This mattress is very hard and 1/4 way thru the night it gets very hot! The salesperson told us this would not happen with this one, just another misinformation he gave us. We also bought 2 pillows that are not great at all, to flat. Very disappointed in the whole deal.

Before I got this bed, I woke up several times an hour every hour. Now I sleep soundly through the night. I have terrible back pain, which was our primary reason for buying this bed. When I lay on my bed, my back pain is gone! Best bed I have ever bought.
