I never imagined a mattress could make my life better before now. I've lacked sleept for the last 10 months due to 2 cervical disc issues. This bed and adjustable base provides everything I need to help my horrible symptoms that prevented me from sleeping prior. I'm so thankful for Steve at Sleep Outfitters for his expertise and helping us decide on a mattress. It's beyond our expectations!

Our innerspring mattress was 10 years old and we had been waking up with aches, pains and not feeling rested. Mind you, we are in our early 30's. We tried out all the tempur-pedic pro adapt models in store and settled on the king size medium hybrid. The adjustment period was literally a matter of days for us. The medium hybrid provides the perfect amount of support without being too firm for us and I think the transition from innerspring to memory foam was really easy because it's a hybrid. We look forward to going to bed every night and wake up feeling refreshed with no aches and pains. It has really helped improve our alignment as well. Wish we would have bought this sooner. We also bought the ergo base and love spending time in bed reading in zero gravity. Can't recommend this mattress enough! Pricey but well worth it. We have had our mattress almost 4 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress is amazing. I sleep a little hotter than my old one but overall it's pretty great. I should have got the 5" platform instead of the ultra low 2". PS - King size only comes in two twin foundations if that helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first lay down I said "what the heck did we buy?" - it was not soft. Then by the 5th night, I realized I hadn't woken up with back pain in 5 nights. We're a month in and I'm very happy! Takes time to adapt but it's fantastic- also when I sleep on my side, my hips don't burn! It's not too hot either which I worried it'd be.

The thing I do not like about the mattress is that the middle of the mattress feels firm but the sides of the mattress feels softer which I thought the mattress would feel like all over. In the store, I only laid on the sides of the mattress and not in the middle because I thought the mattress would feel the same all over.

My husband and I saw immediate improvement in quality of sleep on our first night with the new mattress. Full night sleep, no muscle aches when rising in the morning, less waking up at night with neck and back aches. Immediate comfort when getting to bed at night. We switched from a Sterns and Foster to the Tempur-pedic because my husband was hoping to seek relief from morning back and hip pain after sleeping. He has experienced relief.

We needed another bed but we only wanted one like the original one we purchased years ago. The Tempur-ProAdapt has met that standard! And we love it! Expensive but worth every penny!

I have been suffering from back pain for years and had back surgery 2 yrs ago. Before I got my new Tempur-Pedic Mattress I dreaded having to lay down on anything as they would only exacerbate my back pain and even after taking my pain meds I would be up all night in terrible pain. Now that I have my Temper-Pedi Mattress I am able to finally get a good night sleep. I so look forward to laying on it that it has become my favorite place to relax. I never thought that I would ever feel this comfortable again. I am a happy camper now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very satisfied with this model. We had a Tempur-pedic Cloud for over 10 years, but thought we'd try the Medium Hybrid. Our original was still under warranty, so we upgraded to this model. We are so satisfied!! My husband's back/neck are not bothering him anymore. We get a full night's comfortable, cool sleep. We have recommended this mattress to our family and friends. We are also impressed with the delivery company!

The product has a gasing affect, that typically should be resolved in the 1st few days of use, but my gasing experience didn't happen until my 6 months of use. The problem was and is so bad that i had to call the fire department to check the air quality. The chemical irritant was there but it didn't register has carbon monoxide by the fire department. After i spoke with the customer service and care line. All they wanted to do was pass the buck by to the seller, ( Ashley's Homestore Furniture) denying that this is possible. After asking for an email address to forward my comments to the customer care agent, refused to give it. Only giving out business address 1000 Tempurpedic Way, Lexington, KY) to MAIL A LETTER to iin this technological world we live in, how pathetic was that. So my experience with Tempurpedic Ergo Queen Adjustable Base Product, SUCKS....I will NEVER EVER buy another TEMPURPEDIC product again.....
