[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Tempur-Pedic for the free trial mattress, my husband and I have found our new favorite. A year ago, we were sleeping on an all foam Ghost Bed and I had lower back pain every morning. We went to a mattress store and did their assessment and ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Hybrid with an adjustable base. That alleviated almost all of my lower back pain, but I still slept with a pillow under my knees most nights. We have been sleeping on the Pro-Adapt for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain is gone, it seems my support needs are finally being met. My husband didn't experience the same issues as I, but he did comment this is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on yet. I would now pay for the level of quality Tempur-Pedic provides, I'm a convert! For those on the fence, consider this. If a mattress lasts for 7-10 years, your daily cost for amazing sleep is less than a cup of coffee. Would that be worth it to you?

This is our second Temper-Pedic bed system. Prior to this we had a king size mattress with a flat box base. Recently, I required two knee replacements. Replacing our single king size mattress with two side by side twin size mattreses with independant adjustable bases provided my dear wife and I with a bed system which helped my knee rehab without disturbing her.

Both my husband and I were experiencing regular back pain with our previous mattress. That pain has been eliminated since the first night with the Tempur-ProAdapt Hybrid. I actually look forward to getting in the bed every night now!

I love the feel of the bed but it's too hot. I had to use a mattress pad to give me an extra layer between myself and the bed. It did change the feel of the mattress a little, it's firmer but that's ok. I'll sleep on it a few years and I'll probably get something else. I won't get a memory foam bed again.

If you had to jump from a burning building onto this mattress you would die... it's hard as a rock, does not contour and hot! The mattress in the store is wildly different than this one. No side sleeper should ever try this. The fact my sales rep recommended it as ok is criminal. I haven't slept in weeks. It's 4am and I just moved to the couch. Don't buy this mattress it is not what is advertised in store!!!

Delivery was messed up twice with no regret for the impact it made on our lives. Limited communication to fix the issue; we were told we would get free pillows to make up for the difficulty, no communication since. When we reach out to Tempur-Pedic we were met with condescending responses and messages stating they couldn't find our order with our email despite sending screen shots of the purchase and exchanges with customer service. Despite the like or dislike of the bed we will never purchase from this company again. Customer service makes the difference and what we have received has been horrid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first Tempur-pedic lasted nearly 18 years. The Pro Adapt Firm is comfortably cool and is a guaranteed restful sleep. We have a total of four in the house and they are the only mattresses we will sleep on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the best mattress I've ever laid on, I feel like it molds to my body and is the perfect amount of firm. My room gets extremely hot and I feel like it's a very cooling mattress. The quality is outstanding and it feels extremely well made, definitely worth the price and feels like it will last for years and years. Will be buying for our other bedrooms in the house as well.

Our previous Tempur-pedic was 20 years old plus and definitely needed to be replaced. This time we bought a split king with an adjustable base because we both need to raise our heads and my husband needs to raise his feet a little also. The ProAdapt soft mattress has proved to be very comfortable for both of us whether we sleep on our side or our back. We both have different types of back issues and I have problems with sciatic nerve so the comfort of this mattress is extremely important to us and we just love it. I can only think of one negative issue and that's it can be difficult to change the sheets.

It was to soft for my wife so we exchanged it for free and got the firm bed. Love it and what makes it better is the fact that delivery, pick-up and exchange was all covered with no additional charges.
