It did take some getting used to after spending years on a box spring mattress, and now spring mattresses make me feel like I am laying on a jello mold! Once I got used to it, I have slept great and have noticed fewer incidences of a kinked back when I wake up in the morning. Anyways, I would definitely recommend this mattress- the financing options definitely help make it worth the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a TEMPUR-PEDIC for mattress for 15 years. When I downsized to a smaller house, I had a smaller bed with a regular mattress. At first it seemed fine, but within a couple of months, I began waking up with a back ache. (I never once had a back ache in 15 years on my first TEMPUR-PEDIC.) Then, I began getting heat spots on my hips. At that point, even in the middle of a pandemic, I decided to get another TEMPUR-PEDIC. Excellent, safe delivery, and instant relief! No more back aches, and no more heat spots.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. This is the third mattress I've purchased in the past 3 years. I have been experiencing back problems associated with scoliosis. My chiropractor recommended a firm mattress but the ones I tried failed to provide the support I needed while also flexing enough not to pinch my pressure points. Also, what was good for me wasn't always good for the hubby. My Tempur-Pedic finally hit the mark for both of us. I sleep hot, he sleeps cold. We are both very comfortable now. I need firm support with give for my curvy figure, he doesn't have the curves and can handle a flatter firm. Both of us are finally happy. Did I mention we live and travel full time in an RV? This mattress is a blessing to come home to each evening when we are on the road.

After lying on traditional spring mattresses and then the Tempur-Pedic, the choice was clear. Certainly a different price range than traditional mattresses but well worth the extra money, if you want to sleep like you never have before. The only downside I have seen is that I do not want to get out of bed in the morning, but is that really a negative? Exceptional mattress!

My husband has had lower back problems for the past 30 years and this bed was just what he needed to get a good nights rest. I, on the other hand, would often wake up in the morning with a tension headache. I have not experienced this at all since getting our new bed.
