I get clean text. The blue tooth feature is spot on. And various user can connect flawlessly

My son actually helped pick this out for me because he is an IT person and he knows his mom is not very good with these type of things. After he got it hooked up for me it is very easy to operate and gives you step by step instructions on how to get to paper jams and such.

This is perfect for the office or the home office. It has a lot of additional features like copying, scanning, and faxing. The initial setup was easy and after downloading the app on my phone, it was connected to our network and ready to print wirelessly in just minutes! It also includes an Ethernet cable for those who prefer to print through that method. The quality of the print is very crisp. Out of every printer I’ve used, this was also the quietest. As an added bonus, it looks sleek and professional! I’m very excited to have been able to try this printer and expect it to last years to come!

This model seems to work OK for printing and can use the standard MacOS ImageCapture app for scanning. What makes it completely unsuitable for us is the required procedure for printing envelopes. The front manual-feed slot is fine, but then you're required to reach over the bulky top (which extends well over the back cover), open the back cover, and press down two flimsy green tabs, which are located even further back into the machine. These have to be lifted back up when you're done. I suppose if you are a giraffe you can extend your neck back up and over the machine, then bend your head down and back enough to find those green tabs without a fuss. But for a human, it'd be quicker to buy an old typewriter and type the envelope using that.

The printer is fine overall. I wish it could scan legal size documents but that is not within its specified range. The mfr provides timely responses to chat inquiries. My major concerns are with its firmware/updates. The scan utility is middle-of-the-road compared to other offerings on the web. For firmware updates, the mfr does not (1) publicize bug fixes or enhancements before or after updating and (2) does not make easy the removal of an update if it results in problems. The user guide encompasses many different models making it tedious to navigate. Brother should produce a separate PDF for each model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brother printer has been very nice to add to our apartment for use when we need to print something. Our old printer stopped working and this one works very well and has been great for me to print stuff often for work. Speed is good too.

Great addition to my craft business since the ink works with foiling and laminating. Wish the printer was a little smaller. Haven’t tried the fax function yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So It took me some time to set up but wasn't much to it. It's a bit too big and bulky for my living space. It prints in a decent amount of speed. I wish it was color but my father prints out lots of documents for work so this is perfect for him for when he is at home. Connects to wifi which is a plus. Very reliable.
