I am so happy that I replaced my color cartridge printer with this fabulous laser printer. Better quality printing, faster printing & great features. I thought I would miss color printing but the impressive black & white printing is wonderful & I don't miss color at all.

I have had multiple wireless Brother printers ... the ancestors of this one. With each iteration, they improve ... both the setup and the performance. The only drawback is that the toner cartridges are awfully expense :-(

I bought this all in one to replace an HP all in one. A friend recommended this model. Set up was simple and it does everything need. This model is monotone since I don't need ti print in color.

Love this copier/printer/scanner- it does everything we need for home use and more at a very affordable price.

First time Brother purchase, truly should have made the switch long ago, very pleased.

Overall satisfied with my purchase. The copier/scanner is a bit noisy during operation. Compared to my previous machine, a bit slow for multiple copies.

The printer is stuck on an error message, no buttons work and CANNOT TURN OFF!. It says to contact Brothers if this happens but I'm not waiting 2.5 hours for this, or keeping it for it to happen again! This wait time signifies to me that their products require a lot of support. ALL THESE PRINTERS, no matter the brand, are PROBLEMATIC, based on reviews! WILL BE RETURNING & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Have issues scanning to my laptop. I have Windows 11.
