I usually buy Member's Mark spices because they are excellent quality at a reasonable price. I bought this product by ordering one bottle as was advertised. When it arrived, I received two bottles with an explanation that Two were required. Unfortunately I have been unable to open this jar with any means possible, and neither has anyone I have asked for help! Why sell a product that has a lid permanently attached?! And force you to buy two since obviously no one will buy it again when it is unusable!

Can't believe onion powder or anything with a threaded lid would be sold without a seal.

the bottle is sealed too tight to open. bummer, i cant cook dinner tonight.

I have two I ordered through pick up and can't open either bottle. Nothing can fit between the bottle and cap to try to loosen the lid.

I like the flavor, great to cook with. Only thing is it needs to have a shaker top to be easier to use straight from the bottle.

Like the spices have no issue with the actual product. But packaging, if I did not have my husband with brute strength I would never get them open.

The onion powder itself is awesome but I’ve torn up my hand attempting to open. I was able to get the black pepper container open after many tries and I’m sad I still have this other lid to work on 😞

Normally I buy the larger plastic containers of garlic/onion powder. This is hands down FAR better. However, I haven't been able to find it for the past few weeks. Has it been discontinued or just part of the supply chain problems?

I couldn't open and someone else tried this is beyond me! Unless you have something a tool to open it with or super human strength or maybe a can opener or hammer a nail to pierce a hole??? Shouldn't be this tough though couldn't use for dinner 😕

Please reconsider the packaging! The top/cap is too small to grip; therefore, hard to open.
