I normally sleep on my side, but even naps on my back or all night with congestion gave me a great night of rest.

In our spare bedroom I had my older S&F Estate Mattress. I decided to test it and slept on this for 2 weeks to see if it would help. NO PAIN. I had major back surgery in 1999. Bolts, plates, rods… I also have 5 herniated discs in my neck. My docs have been trying for years to help me sleep better and for longer than a few hours at a time. I was down to ONE position of lying only on my right side and waking to a dead shoulder and frequent headaches and backaches. I haven't slept flat on my back since before my back surgery and injury. I DO NOW!!! I'm taking less medication to sleep and sleeping better and longer than I have in YEARS. My son has been recommending this mattress for years and found it on sale with the white glove delivery as I can't move it myself. This is the most amazing mattress I've ever slept on. My only regret is that I waited sooo long.

The Sterns and Foster Mattress I bought is my first and boy did I not know what I was missing sleeping much more comfortable and without my neck and back hurting. I picked the estate tight top medium a little weary that it might be too firm since I prefer a pillow top mattress, I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend this mattress to anyone who has back and neck problems and as for myself a side sleeper. Delivery was also white glove treatment and the two gentlemen whom took my old mattress away were very kind in and out! love it Thanks again! David Nixon

So far, my husband is getting a much better night of sleep since getting his Stearsn & Foster Queen Estate Firm Tight top mattress. He has stopped waking up with back pain and is sleeping through the night. He said it feels soft and comfortable, but he's supported as well. He would highly recommend this mattress.

We purchased this mattress in 2025. We tested the floor model and it seemed like a good fit. BUT within a few weeks of sleeping on it it became lumpy, and still is. We should have returned ii within the allowed time but we thought it needed a breaking in period. With much regret we're stuck with it. We will buy a new mattress soon to replace this one. We won't return to a Stearns and Foster brand.
