It is so thick and soft and feels like I am at the best spa in the world when laying on it. It is very heavy so two people are needed for moving! I found that although it is soft, I don't totally sink in which is good!! I have already recommended to friends and family.

After 2 weeks, I couldn't sleep on that mattress anymore. Aches, pains like I never experienced. Everything hurt. That mattress was like sleeping on a cold brick - and the sheets kept coming off! So until our 30 day sleep guaranttee kicked in, I was on the couch. We went back to the retailer and they were great with the exchange. We tried every traditional mattress in the store and kept coming back to our Stearns & Foster Estate Collection soft pillow top. Less than a week later, on our first night sleeping on it (ironically our anniversary!), we both felt a150% improvement in our sleep and felt awesome when we got up in the morning. No aches, no pains. Just a nice, restful, comfortable sleep. Ready to take on the day!

I wanted to love this mattress. It honestly has the best support for your back and hips. I wake up with no back pain which is amazing. This product would be a perfect mattress if it wasn't for one major flaw, and that is that it sleeps HOT! And I mean HOT. Ive tried blowing 3 fans on me, have purchased a cooling mattress cover, and I am also using a BedJet. It still feels like my entire body is on FIRE! I used to sleep through the night, now I wake up 2-3 times from becoming overheated. I am waiting out the 30 days then I am going to exchange this at MattressFirm for a BeautyRest. In my opinion they have much better cooling technology. Stay away from this mattress if you at all are sensitive to your own body heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for my teen and he loves it. The support it offers is incredible and he no longer has an achy back in the morning. He does a lot of sports and the firm mattress is just what he needed. The mattress height is higher than his last so it took a bit of getting used to (especially for the pups who love sleeping with him), but it actually made a better view to his tv so he was very happy. Overall, a very well made mattress that will last us a very long time.

It's firm enough to not hurt my back but the pillow top provides enough comfort to give me a good solid nights rest. When I wake up I am fully rested and not sore at all. I would definitely recommend deep pocket sheets to keep them from popping off while you sleep. It's a great mattress, and the handles make it really easy to move around when needed.

The last mattress I purchased was rated high in consumer magazines and by customer reviews and initially, it was, but it failed shortly afterward. While I do not enjoy firm the medium should remain medium - this one did not. In researching this mattress the Plush (medium firmness) sounded good and reports seemed to back it up. After going to a few stores I found this mattress and a salesman with years of experience. "The Plush", he said was the mattress for me. Why not try out the Plush and then any number of comparable medium-firmness mattresses? I did go back and forth, it was like trying to find the shoe for me. After a long while of testing out mattresses, I found one I believe comfort was beyond expectations!

After only a few weeks of use, this mattress the "Ellria" does not feel any better than the 16 year old Sears posturepedic mattress that I was replacing. When sitting on the edge there is a creaking sound every time you move. This mattress does not have good pressure point support after sleeping on it for a few hours. When first getting into bed it feels okay but within hours the top is condensed to feeling like you are on a board. Not the sleep or rest I expected for the price. I will never buy another Sterns and Foster. Many of the reviews I have read recently say that it they have had difficulty with the warranty. I am very disappointed in this purchase.

I purchased this mattress May 2022, I should have written a review sooner. I expected a comfortable product from Stearns & Foster especially for the cost. However, the mattress does not recover from body impression, leaving an indentation finding it difficult to reposition myself while sleeping, making a good nights sleep compromised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is everything a person needs to get a great comfortable sleep. The material is soft but not too soft. Almost like sleeping on clouds. There is handles on the sides for easy lifting and moving around.

I purchased this mattress from Mattress Firm. I explained to the salesperson I had chronic back pain and he showed me the Stearns and Foster. Of course, the mattress in the showroom was very comfortable, but when I got the mattress home, and layed on it, I knew something was wrong. I could feel the coils just from sitting in the bed. My back pain increased dramaticly from sleeping on the mattress. But, I realized the mattress I laid on in the showroom, the top of the mattress was dark blue (which was the Lux). After I realized what I received & what I layed on in the store was different, I immediately called the salesperson. I was told since I got the mattress on a deal they wouldn't take it back. I even went as far to as to speak with the manager...I was told he was the manager. I asked him if he could speak to his manager and explain what happened. I called back and was told that there was nothing they could do because I got the mattress on a deal. WOW...now I'm back again looking for a mattress that does not give me pain. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope someone from Stearns and Foster can make this right.
