Fantastic Mattress

We purchased the Estate medium firm which we tested in the store. This is our third Sterns and Foster mattress but this new design is awful. 
 As soon as it arrived we called the store thinking, despite the label, they had sent us  the firm in error as the bed was very hard. We were told it needed time for the top to release.
 It's now been just over a year, it is still very hard and has developed deep body wells and I now have spinal back pain. We rotate this mattress monthly and even rotate a quarter turn sleeping on it cross-wise. 
 We have had an expert inspect it and the result is the wear is “normal” so there is nothing we can do. 
 We are looking for alternatives and will need to donate a near-brand-new mattress to find comfort. We are so disappointed.

Too Hard with Body Wells Hard to Sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the mattress very comfortable and got it because I was having a lot of neck, back and hip pain. It has the perfect combination of plushness and firmness and I've been virtually pain-free since sleeping on it. It's a little heavy, so changing the sheets can be a bit of a project.
