I brought this generator on 4/24/2021. I never got the chance to use it because it was damaged and til yesterday I didn't know it was damaged in two different locations. I have been calling them, now I'm waiting to see what they are going to do to make this right. If they take care of it in a timely manner, then I will update.

I bought this generator and it works great but like others I'm worried about hidden damage because my generator back cover was also dented and had taken a hard hit sometime during shipping.After seeing other people with same damage something should be done to protect the generator better during shipping.

Upon receiving online purchase, WGEN5300SC Generator's exhaust cover appears to have a dent on it's side. Engine easily started via rope pull and push start button. Will be testing generator's electrical output in the near future to determine if 5 stars is earned. Hope to receive generator's cover soon.
