I bought this generator and it works great but like others I'm worried about hidden damage because my generator back cover was also dented and had taken a hard hit sometime during shipping.After seeing other people with same damage something should be done to protect the generator better during shipping.

Bought this for emergency use. Arrived quickly, but damaged (alternator cover dented + frame scratched/dented. I don't know if this is due to poor packaging or Fedex handling. I've had issues with Fedex damage on other shipments, but won't discount the possibility of packaging here too - it's a heavy item...but needs good padding to arrive intact. As far as the generator goes, setup was easy and fired up on the first pull. Hoping to need this infrequently, but feels like it'll fit the bill when needed.

I ordered this generator about a month before our first storm hit. We live in Maine and we can lose power for a decent period of time. Wow, what a lifesaver. I had filled it with oil and ran it for the hour without a load. When the storm hit we were ready. The generator had to run for almost 3 straight days. It ran our tv, small fridge, sump pump and basic lights. We also were able to switch from our sump pump to well jet pump when needed. This product was exceptional. Ran without a hitch and provided the power we needed, for an extended period of time. We allowed a few cooldown periods to refuel and were right back to having power.

I just opened put wheel kit on filled with oil, put fuel stabilizer in, filled with fuel. Started up perfect! Then plugged in a radio nothing, no power output what so ever, very disappointed. Called service line and they said they will send me info where I can take it to get fixed. So far not very impressed, let's see what happens

Got this in preparation for the coming dark winter, the globalist's great reset, agenda 21, civil war, UN takeover etc.... Should be enough to power some heaters, and even has 220v to get the hot water tank going. It's a great size, packs a lot of punch for something that isn't too difficult to get around.

The Generator arrived with slight damage from shipping. For the most part, the generator was ready to go from the box. Installed the rubber feet, wheels, and oil very quickly. I was happy that the oil and a funnel was supplied. My model has electric start and came with its own battery that already had a charge. The battery connection is fool proof. Once I added premium fuel, start up was easy. I was not sure what to expect with noise level. This generator is not extremely quiet like an inverter but is much more quiet than other generators of similar power that I've owned and used. My cabin is off the grid and this has provided plenty of power. It has not shown any struggle to power the cabin along with some power tools. No opinion on longevity yet. I just wish this model had a remote start option.

I've had the generator two week and both weekends it was able to power my camper plus my campsite. you can pretty much do anything you want with this here's the list stuff I was running at the same time: rooftop ac, fan, fridge, tv, Xbox was on the rv plug circuit 30A, then on the 20A circuit I had my campsite stuff: 100' rope light, bug zapper, George Forman grill, outdoor sink water pump. I was able to run all these devices and for how quiet it is that's impressive. The noise level is comparable to a normal 3000w/4000w generator which isn't terrible and its able to run for a strong 13-14 hours overnight so it never dies on me. 4.7 gallon tank is pretty good also for how long it runs. It's pretty light for how powerful it is also so overall I'm very impressed if you have a campsite/cabin and need to run the stuff I listed this is the generator for you

Just purchased this generator, an got everything up and running incase of power outage. Easy set up starts with first try.

I had a small problem for initial start on propane but now she runs fine. I had to bleed a little propane and then it started right up.

I just received this unit today. Set up was easy, the exact amount of oil and filler tube were included.
