This generator has all the features that I need during a power outage. Enough power to power my fridge and small appliances. Everything is conveniently located and easy to access.

I BROUGHT IN JULY AFTER THE STORM.DID NOT NEED IT TIL NOW. ON 01/09/2024 I OPEN BOX TO TRY OUT FOR THE COLD SNAP COMING ON 10/10/2025. I OIL AND GAS UP AS INSTRUCTED. IT WAS EASY AND SMOOTH . CRANKED UP NO PROBLEMS. THANKS

Engine sputtered and stopped during the initial one-hour break-in period. I'm waiting for a call-back from support. I like the features but can't recommend it yet.

Bought this to replace a smaller one. Haven't used it during an outage yet, but my couple of test runs have gone great. My wife really likes the electric start, but I'm also happy for the recoil backup. I will update when things get real!

I bought it today, brought it home and used it in my shop day one, it started up very easy and gave great power, the electric start is nice especially with me getting older(63) and pulling that cord is getting harder.

We purchased this product to replace an older, crank start model. So glad we did. It is compact, easy to move around the garage and is already set up to use with our existing built in connection. No more pulling on a cord to start. Awesome!
