I bought this generator 1/19/25 and I realy love the way it works for what I needed we have a hard freeze starting tonight and it is realy going to save our energy when it goes out

I purchased this upon hearing of the firings of important personnel at Bonneville Power Administration. The potential for power disruptions has increased due to the dismissal of those personnel.

I am very impressed with my purchase and I am going to enjoy using it when we have outages. Our last outage lasted 3 days for hours and we sure could have used it then. Thank you

Owned this about two weeks now. Followed instructions and it fired right up. Very happy with this purchase. The airfilter housing did come broken and I plan to reach out for a replacement, but don't expect it to be an issue.

I got this only a week ago, we lost power and I was able to get it running a few things in the house. I'm glad I purchased this when I did. We get hit with storms often. Trees take out the lines. No more sitting in the dark.

I BROUGHT IN JULY AFTER THE STORM.DID NOT NEED IT TIL NOW. ON 01/09/2024 I OPEN BOX TO TRY OUT FOR THE COLD SNAP COMING ON 10/10/2025. I OIL AND GAS UP AS INSTRUCTED. IT WAS EASY AND SMOOTH . CRANKED UP NO PROBLEMS. THANKS

This is my third generator that I use at different locations. Very pull start and doesn't have any rattles when running and has minimal vibrations. Very pleased!

Have not started it yet, need to see if smashed in alternator cover is going to be replaced or if I'm returning it for refund. Box a bit beat up “inside and Out”! Alternator cover almost completely banged in!

We bought this generator hoping we will never be in the situation where we have to use it. But it is nice to know we have it if we need it. Have not had to use it yet but it started right up at the touch of a button in the test phase.

I just unboxed this generator and read through the documentation. Even though I haven't tested it yet, I am very pleased with the product I received.
