I brought the item online and in one week it was delivered at the store. It was a simple assemble and after reading the user manual the product was up and running with no problem.

Easy to assemble. Started right up. I feel good about this generator, which is my first one ever. Hope I never have to use it…I hope there is no emergency…but if I need it, I feel it will do all I need.

I purchased this generator (5300 running watts) to replace my old one. It has great features like: electric start and a backup pull start, fuel shut off valve. It is surprisingly lighter than my old one. I look forward to many years of use.

I received the generator last wekk and was surprised how heavy it is. I was glad to see that the handle folds back into the frame. With the handle the generator is easy to move. It looks great and I am looking forward to starting it.

Bought it for hurricane Ida. Neat little generator. The power didn't go out thankfully, but I got to connect the appliances I was gonna use it for. Now I'm ready for the next hurricane

Mostly great things so far...easy to setup, start, and run. Haven't done any maintenance yet, but appreciate they put in as much troubleshooting info as possible. Shipping and damage to manual start cage dinged but Westinghouse took care of us.

I bought this to replace the old Thunder B&S emergency backup. Electric start and quiet runner. Contacted customer service for a high altitude kit being @ 7000ft. Nicely packaged with good information and instructions. Relatively compact size.

I just bought, easy to assemble, started right up and ran as expected. Absolutely no problems yet with this generator. Electric start and camper ready is a plus. Can't wait to take it out and hook up to the camper.

Very sturdy and durable Good manual to help Was a little heavy for me without wheels to get into home when delivered but it a heavy duty generator so,,,,. Feel secure with 3 yr residential warranty and Westinghouse a quality name
