We are very happy with the Westinghous 5300 generator to power our house when needed. The bonus is the generator comes with a transfer ready to go connection.

Excellent purchase, performs and runs great! I've only used it a couple of times to power our 30ft travel trailer, but it starts on first pull and does exactly what we need it to do!

I recently bought this after 2020 winter storm that took out the power in TX. This is exactly what we needed to keep use warm and safe to weather thru it next time.

We used this several times during outside temps <85 degrees & it worked fine but once it was used during outside temps of 85+, it would start then shut off right away. If planning on using in HOT summer months, I do not advise purchase.

We just bought this a month ago, but have never used. We do have some heavy thunderstorms coming our way tonight. So glad we have this in case needed.

I brought this after the storm on the 8 of July. I like what I see. I haven't uses it yet but just having it make me feel comfortable and ready for the next storm.

I am happy with the product, my only observation is that apparently when welding the nuts for fixing the lower supports they deform and the screws do not screw properly.

I bought this last month(05/29/2020 because it had all the features I was looking for the right price.it came with a110volt 20 AMP,120/240 30AMP house plug,plus a120 30amp rv plug.

Had a 7000 watt that served me well, a 2000 watt that does great and now am looking forward to this 5300 watt being a great as the 7000. Certainly can't beat the quality of a Westinghouse for the money spent!
