We bought our generator a few days ago. It came to us damaged but works GREAT. We already received a discount for the damaged. We do not blame anyone but the delivery company for the damage. We love the color. It supplied power to my husbands Man Cave. TV, AMPS A/C unit lights. It's AWESOME.

haven't had need yet. but am sure it will keep us going in an emergency. It was packaged well but pull starter housing was crushed, it's ok, i just pounded it out straight. can't even tell. Beautiful unit tho. started and ran great. Oh yeah, this was a gift from a friend

I bought this for Western NY power outages. My electric goes out frequently where I live due to strong winds, heavy snow and drunk drivers hitting poles! Well, an occasional misfit city flatlander shooting aimlessly into the dark and hitting power lines can't be ruled out either... Product even comes with a manual for easy to understand instructions for delinquents such as my neighbor who no longer drives.

Have been looking for a generator and checked around before I decided on what to get. Before I had a small Honda and it was good for what I needed at the time. But when I saw this Westinghouse and all it had plus the price, I couldn't find anything for the price plus the features this Westinghouse has. This is a great deal.

Genset arrived in pristine condition, easy to set up. Very portable and space-efficient for how imposing this bad boy is with well designed handle, very smooth. Most importantly, started right up with fuel and oil check. Surprisingly quiet for the power rating. Transfer switch was an essential feature for me.

We just bought this but have had it running to test it. It seems to work well and is not noticeably loud. I like that it can be set up with the transfer switch so that we don't have to run extension cords all through the house. It appears to be good quality.

We bought this generator as a backup for the house when the power goes out and it runs our necessities without a hitch. It also comes along with us and powers our travel trailer when we camp away from amenities. I especially like having both the twist plug outlet for the house hookup and the 30Amp receptacle for the trailer.

This is my 3rd WH generator. First was a WGen3600, sold it to my son in law. Bought a WGen7500 dual fuel and now bought this one the WGen5300 this year as a backup. Great features and got us through hurricane Sally in Florida a couple of years ago.

We bought this generator as we thought it was time. Living on the coast we should of gotten one sooner. It comes with the wheels as well, a good plus as we are getting older:) After researching and reading about these, we chose this one. Medium priced, and perfect for what we need.

Fabulous! Unpacked and running in less than 30 minutes. Started on first pull. Handle and 2 rear wheels easily maneuverable. So easy my wife started parking it while I was still admiring it. I like the gas gauge and easy to read starting instructions right where you are looking.
