My generator has proven itself over and over again to be one of the most durable models I've ever owned. Living in Florida, it's a must to be able to rely on a generator for your livelihood, and I give all my faith to Westinghouse because of how proud I am to own one. And the times I needed it most it's always been there, and never once has left me Concerned for my safety during a storm.

After a winter power outage, we needed a portable generator. Our Westinghouse generator had all the features we needed in case of an emergency. The setup instructions were easy to follow. The generator started up immediately. We are ready for the next power outage.

runs great, the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is that there was a pin hole leak in the fuel line when I started it the first time. This wasnt hard to fix as the fuel line was long enough to cut the hole out and reattach the hose, but something that quality control should have caught if these are given a test run.

we purchased this generator for peace of mind in case we had a loss of electricity to be able to run our well pump and a few other electronic devices. It turns out that we can operate almost everything we need and more than we thought we would be able to. We are very please with it

We bought this unit to get ready for the upcoming hurricane season. This unit is powerful and very compact and will be ready in a moment's notice. It has every feature needed to make sure we have power when we need it. The included wheels make the unit easy to move. Very glad we bought it!

My wife and I bought this for my Mother-in-law for Christmas. Had a few issues at first with generator wanting to cut out and it died a time or two. We choked the generator to start it, but never felt like we could take it all the way off choke because it would cut out and not run smooth. I feel as tho this is what caused it to die on her during the ice storm. Made a test run today for 2.5 hours with a good load with choke all the way off. It only sputtered once at the very beginning of the run. Hoping everything works flawlessly from now on.

I purchased this generator around Christmas time to ensure that my family was prepared in case of winter storms. Have not used the generator yet, but seems sturdy and well built. Was easy to attach wheels. Like that the generator has an electric start and a pull cord as a backup.

I purchased this item due to the many storms in my area that causes power outages. As I am elderly and live alone, this item seemed ideal due to the size and the apparent ease in getting it started with the push of a button. I love the features on it also.

After hours and hours of research, I pulled the trigger on the WGen5300sc. Packaging was great, easy to set up, and runs great! Ran the camper for an hour, fired everything up, including the AC, and it didn't even increase the idle. Bought to power my home as we lose power more lately, but am positive it will be up to the task.

This Generator was a gift from our son! Couldn't have come at a better time! We are so happy 😊 and have a better 'piece of mind'. It is a lot quieter than our old one and much, much easier to start. It is compact and easy to move. Love the gages that take the 'guess work' out of operating it. And we love the 'looks' of our new Generator too!
