I really enjoy the mattress

This mattress was labeled medium plush but was very firm.

We got this as a replacement for our sons worn out mattress. He is very happy.

Too soft, unable to package it and return

It's not very comfortable rather on the harder side and I don't notice the cooling .

This is a very soft bed. I'm 175 and wife is 120, each one of us alone SINKS into the bed. If you like a very soft bed, then I would recommend it. If you like a bed that supports your body so you don't ache in the morning, then I can't recommend it. Returning it.

Lumpy 2 weeks in

This bed was the answer to my dreams due to the uncomfortable night's sleep on my old mattress.... For about 4 months. Now, it sags so bad that my neck and back hurt every morning. I thought it was just me until I asked my husband if he thought his side of the bed was sagging as well, and he said yes. Neither of us are sleeping well. Tonight we did 180° turn on it so the feet are now at the head. The difference even sitting on it before and after the turn is astounding. Hoping to get a good night sleep tonight, and for the next few weeks until the next sale which is hopefully Labor Day. We'll be returning it and going back to a hybrid. The last one lasted about 7 years, so much better than this memory foam one.

Owned a Nectar bed for 2 years, and I absolutely loved it. But it started to leak fiberglass. Little did I know that it was all over my room and clothes. It's a nightmare to clean. If you buy this bed, get some form of encasement protector just in case of leaking fiberglass. Or buy a bed without fiberglass.
