It truly is between soft and medium firm. Perfect. It is for sure not soft, but just firm enough to hold you and not sink at all into the mattress. I had to return a Sealy hybrid mattress that I think was between medium firm and firm because it was too firm. The Nectar inflated within the 3hrs or so, no bad smell like the Sealy had so I was able to use it same day no issues. However, two of the corners did not fully inflate. It is not noticeable unless you focus on said corners. I would buy again. Had for about 3 weeks. Use on an adjustable base.

At first I thought the mattress was going to be too soft for my bad back and hip to get relief. To my surprise after one night of sleep I got great support, wonderfully comfortable when on my back or side position, allowing for deep REM sleep. After a week of great sleep I no longer wonder if Nectar was stretching the truth, this is all they claim it to be.

I am very happy with my mattress. It was easy to unbox and set up. The support is just perfect for my back, as I have been struggling with lower back pain and seizing. As soon as I lie down my body relaxes instantly. Hands down, the most comfortable and supportive mattress I gave slept on .

We currently live in a small place and within the next year or two we plan on moving and buying a bigger bed. That being said we didn’t want to buy an expensive mattress that we would be replacing in a year or two with a more expensive king Mattress. So we decided to go with a cheaper queen for now because our current bed was wore out. It honestly was a big surprise to us at how well we slept on it and continue to sleep. Both me and my husband continue to wake up very rested and with a lot less pain.

I like a firm mattress. In that regard it’s a decent mattress. I mean it’s not a purple but, it doesn’t have the purple price tag either. I do notice that the indentation you get when you spend too much time in one spot occurs much faster in this mattress compared to my purple. As well as less firmness of the edges as you set on the side. All things considered, and less than half the price of a purple (got my nectar on sale) I like this mattress just fine

I am at the age that a good nights sleep is important. a lumpy bed is not what I need. I got my mattress on Nov. 14. and here just 13 days later, my bed has a ridge in the area I sleep. it is hard for me to move over. I feel trapped in the bed. I have lots of aches and pains.

I love shopping at Sam’s in store and online but I’m gonna have to say that getting a mattress online has been a pain. Don’t get me wrong it’s not Sam’s they have been great about everything but having to return a mattress that comes in a box is a different puppy. You can’t get it back in the box.They have to get someone with a truck come pick it up. So I ordered a second mattress same model that has got the same problem. I was thinking that I wouldn’t get two with same problem. They will not expand back to the original size on the head and foot for about 8 to 10” back it tapers down a good 2.5”. I’m gonna hold this one for a week or two and give it an opportunity to grow to full size but I’m doubtful.

We purchased this mattress from Sam’s and it was delivered to us free of charge in a box. It was advertised that the mattress came with a 365 day free at-home replacement that helped us make the decision on the Nectar. When it arrived, the box was heavily damaged and had obviously been opened previously due to all of the re-taping. The mattress, however was vacuum sealed. When I unsealed the mattress, I let it fully air out for 2 weeks, and it never fully inflated above 10”. The top cover was very loose. I called Nectar to have them replace the mattress under warranty, and they told me that their warranty doesn’t apply to retail purchases and that we had to go through Sams Club. When I called Sams, they told me to bring in the mattress and they would issue a refund. However, now that the mattress is out of the box, it is way too large to fit into my vehicle. I am on the fifth floor of a condominium, 20 miles from the nearest Sam’s. I am very angry at Sam’s and Nectar and feel like we were ripped off. Beware of the poor quality of the mattress and poor service from both Nectar and Sam’s.

I purchased a mattress and platform at the same time. Both were queen size according to the boxes after delivering the bed to my daughter, who just moved into town and opening it the platform was a queen, but the mattress was a king. The box did state it was supposed to be a queen. Not having a big truck. I was unable to return the king mattress to the store and was stuck with it. This was an awful experience.

It is awful! Had it delivered- opened it- and it was deformed. Has a big crease going through the whole mattress that didn’t rise with the rest. The crease is deep and hard. Unusable. Been calling every couple days trying to get refund from Sam’s- and they’re telling me give it 48 hiurs to go through! It’s been 10 days and no response and no refund! Terrible service and terrible product!
