I purchased a mattress and platform at the same time. Both were queen size according to the boxes after delivering the bed to my daughter, who just moved into town and opening it the platform was a queen, but the mattress was a king. The box did state it was supposed to be a queen. Not having a big truck. I was unable to return the king mattress to the store and was stuck with it. This was an awful experience.

After 2 weeks it only expanded to 10 inches. The corners were caved in and the cover was wrinkly. Nectar was not interested in helping me and punted me to Sam's. Of course Sam's is not in the Nectar mattress business so all they could tell me is to return it and come get a refund or another one. If I couldn't get any customer service after 2 weeks from Nectar how could I expect any after 2 years? We returned it and are now awaiting a Members Mark bed and adjustable frame.

We purchased this mattress from Sam’s and it was delivered to us free of charge in a box. It was advertised that the mattress came with a 365 day free at-home replacement that helped us make the decision on the Nectar. When it arrived, the box was heavily damaged and had obviously been opened previously due to all of the re-taping. The mattress, however was vacuum sealed. When I unsealed the mattress, I let it fully air out for 2 weeks, and it never fully inflated above 10”. The top cover was very loose. I called Nectar to have them replace the mattress under warranty, and they told me that their warranty doesn’t apply to retail purchases and that we had to go through Sams Club. When I called Sams, they told me to bring in the mattress and they would issue a refund. However, now that the mattress is out of the box, it is way too large to fit into my vehicle. I am on the fifth floor of a condominium, 20 miles from the nearest Sam’s. I am very angry at Sam’s and Nectar and feel like we were ripped off. Beware of the poor quality of the mattress and poor service from both Nectar and Sam’s.

It is awful! Had it delivered- opened it- and it was deformed. Has a big crease going through the whole mattress that didn’t rise with the rest. The crease is deep and hard. Unusable. Been calling every couple days trying to get refund from Sam’s- and they’re telling me give it 48 hiurs to go through! It’s been 10 days and no response and no refund! Terrible service and terrible product!

wonderful mattress, sleeps cool and was easy to set up. Is soft but supportive. I highly recommend this brand. Is very comprable to other foam mattresses. I replaced an Ashley foam mattress that I had for 18 years.

This is a 10” to 11” mattress depending on which side of the bed you are sleeping on. Never came up to 12”” even after a month. Depressions on either side with bump in the middle. Would not buy another Nectar.

I've never bought a "bed in a box" before, but I am very pleased with this one. It's not too firm. I haven't had a morning backache since I've slept on this mattress.

Much light than my previous hybrid mattress. Good firmness and strong sides.

Very happy with my purchase. It is firm and comfortable. I did use a box spring though as the mattress by itself was to low. Would definately recommend to my friends and family. It only took 24 hours to be fully inflated.

Mattress never got more than 10 inches. Box stated medium-soft rather than medium-firm as advertised. However, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Tried it for 30-day and will now return.
