This mattress is absolutely not what is described on the box; memory foam is supposed to be soft and spongy, this is firm and hard. The box says this is "medium plush feel" – I would hate to know what the firm feel model is because this is the firmest mattress I've ever experienced, ever. It's awful and not worth what we paid at all.

This is a 10” to 11” mattress depending on which side of the bed you are sleeping on. Never came up to 12”” even after a month. Depressions on either side with bump in the middle. Would not buy another Nectar.

wonderful mattress, sleeps cool and was easy to set up. Is soft but supportive. I highly recommend this brand. Is very comprable to other foam mattresses. I replaced an Ashley foam mattress that I had for 18 years.

I've never bought a "bed in a box" before, but I am very pleased with this one. It's not too firm. I haven't had a morning backache since I've slept on this mattress.

My husband has back pain and raves about our new mattress. I notice that there are no pressure points and I no longer wake my husband when I get out of the bed. I recommend this for folks that don't like a really soft mattress but need one that is comfortable and need a good nights rest.

After 2 weeks it only expanded to 10 inches. The corners were caved in and the cover was wrinkly. Nectar was not interested in helping me and punted me to Sam's. Of course Sam's is not in the Nectar mattress business so all they could tell me is to return it and come get a refund or another one. If I couldn't get any customer service after 2 weeks from Nectar how could I expect any after 2 years? We returned it and are now awaiting a Members Mark bed and adjustable frame.

While this mattress was advertised as Medium firmness, it didn’t hit the mark for me. I switched to the Nectar Medium from a Casper Hybrid because my Casper was much too soft, but this Nectar went too far in the opposite direction as it felt similar to sleeping on the floor. However, my brother, who has degenerative discs, requires an exceptionally firm mattress. He has always struggled to find something firm enough and absolutely loved this mattress when he tried it out. If you prefer a truly firm bed, this is a great choice, but be warned if you are looking for a true medium as this is NOT medium.

Very comfortable. You cant feel your spouse moving or shifting. I got it on sale! I washed the cover. Easy to clean and put back on, just dry on low heat.

Mattress never got more than 10 inches. Box stated medium-soft rather than medium-firm as advertised. However, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Tried it for 30-day and will now return.

This "mattress" is certainly not your conventional mattress. It is super comfortable. No springs or coils poking your back. I would highly recommend purchasing this mattress. Best nights sleep in ages.
