I would check competitors more, before buying this. The tape was loss on the box I got. There was no instruction. She I call Nectar, asking for a copy of the instructions, I was told I had to get them from Sam's Club. When I talked with The Sam's Club on Sam's Circle in Chesapeake, they were willing to let me return it, rather than provide the instruction. I than called Sam's Corp, who told me to call a different number at Nectar. This time, Nectar told me, instruction don't come in the box. Can you imagine a compresses mattress sold in a box without any instructions, precautions and maintenance? I am keeping this mattress, only because it is better than the 9 year old mattress I brought at Sam's and This 67 year old (with back pain) would have a hard time returning it.
